West received new members of staff, one of whom was Mrs. Jessica Bailiff-Noe as an assistant principal. After Mr. Kinsler stepped down and was replaced by Dr. Sanders, who was the current assistant principal, the VP position was left unfilled, and Bailiff-Noe decided to step up to the role. She has spent her entire career at MWHS and was jubilant to be accepted to her new role. Bailiff-Noe studied at Carson-Newman for her Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry: Spanish, and ob
