Building the nation nights successful

March 7 and 11 West High School had an event where eighth grade students had the opportunity to attend an informational open house of West. Students and parents had a chance to choose their classes and discuss their freshman year of high school with teachers. Schedules were decided using  teacher recommendations, test scores, and student wishes. Along with this, students and their families were given a tour of the school by students of West. “This was a great way for parents, students, and teachers to build relationships and connections,” expressed Mr. Jeff Kinsler, principal. West has been performing this event for the past decade.
