Mrs. Whaley, advisor

For the Record 11

BY CHARLIE NEILL EDITOR

Hello and welcome to your spectacular local music media For the Record. Fall is here, and like my sanity, “it’s fallen and it can’t get up.” Midterms are quickly approaching in the halls of the Trojan Nation; as it begins to cause dread and panic among the students in and around my class, these particular songs come to mind as I sit and wait for the inevitable. So sit back, and relax as you listen to this month’s tunes.

“Mean Mr. Mustard” by the Beatles

“Hey Allison” by Jeff Rosenstock

“You Don’t Scare me” by Antartigo Vespucci

“I Will Survive” by Cake

“Come Out and Play” by The Offspring

“Fever Blister” by the Longshot

“Wave Goodnight to Me” by Jeff Rosenstock

As autumn falls and the sky turns black, the author sits back and relax next to the embers of summer.
