Congratulations to Addison McGuffin and Harsh Patel who has been voted for “Most Likely to Become a Millionaire” among her senior class of 2025!
McGuffin is not interested in banking,but she is compelled to invest in stocks and plans to do so in the future. Not only that, McGuffin shares,”I plan to attend the University of Tennessee for undergraduate studies and then apply to dental schools.” After this, she also
hopes to open up her own practice.
McGuffin aims to be able to provide for her family and give back to the community with all the success and money that she earns from being a millionaire. She currently does not have any experience with business or any business partners in mind but she does have a clear path to becoming a millionaire!
Patel shares that his original plans on becoming a millionaire used to take a very different path than now. He planned on becoming an investment banker but after close consideration and a lot of reading through biographies, he chose accounting instead. Patel noted,”I plan to become a CPA within the next 5 years, work for about 5-10 years and open my own firm as I'd make a lot more money and then expand into real estate.“ To do this, Patel will be getting his bachelor’s degree at UTK and pursue his masters at Emory University in Oxford, Georgia and take the CPA exams. When it comes to stocks, Patel also noted,”Stocks are a rough game, in the current economy you either find a really good time to buy or it drops lower, for the next year or so the economy will probably drop lower and it may be a better time to buy then.” Patel’s family comes from a line of business owners and entrepreneurship so he has experience with business from his family but he currently does not have any business partners in mind.
Patel hopes to live comfortably and retire by 40 and do whatever he wants to do with his life on his path towards becoming a millionaire!
