University of Tennessee Knoxville Rocky Top Preview Day
Go and join in the fun at UTK's Rocky Top Preview Day! This is UTK's premier fall open house event, and it takes place Friday, September 13. You can come and create your very own Rocky Top Experience! Click here for registration information!

UTK Rocky Top Tailgate
It's football time in Tennessee! On Saturday, September 14, experience a one-of-a-kind tailgate on UTK's campus! You can meet UT counselors and other future Vols, take a tour, and enjoy gameday food and other activities. Then cheer on the Vols alongside thousands of fans in Nayland Stadium at the Kent State game! Click here for more information!
Attention Sophomores and Juniors!! It's PSAT time!
Register today to take the PSAT/NMSQT exam on Thursday, October 24! This exam is EXCELLENT practice for both the SAT and the ACT. Your score can also qualify you for the National Merit Scholarship, as well as other scholarships! See Mrs. Ezell in the counseling office for info!
Senior Meetings in September!
Seniors, if it hasn't already happened, your counselor will be pulling you in to meet with you individually during the month of September. These meetings have been scheduled by your counselor. You will review your transcript and discuss your progress toward graduation, and you'll have an opportunity to talk about your post-high school plans and ask any questions you may have! We look forward to seeing you!
CNU Eagle Preview Day
On Friday, October 4, have an immersive experience at Carson Newman University during Eagle Preview Day! Go to chapel with the university students, attend a class of your choice, eat in the cafe, and take a tour of the campus and the residence halls! Click here to register! ACT Testing - October 16
All seniors will take the ACT exam on Wednesday, October 16. This is a school-day test, so make sure you are ON TIME for school that day! This is a GREAT way to raise your scores without the expense of the Saturday tests! Come ready to show off that brain!!
ASVAB Testing October 16
All juniors will take the ASVAB exam on Wednesday, October 16. The ASVAB is a great career inventory tool that helps students see where their strengths are. Please be on time to school that day!
