Oct 28, FBLA and DECA’s most recent Halloween party meeting took place. In this meeting, Halloween snacks and drinks were provided for members. This meeting was also FBLA’s first meeting with middle school members from Lincoln Heights Middle School. Business club is excited about this new chapter and the opportunities.
Thanksgiving Drive was one of the first topics discussed. All clubs and sports teams are being requested to gather three boxes total of Thanksgiving items or $120 to donate to Central services to help feed Hamblen County families over the holidays. Other topics and upcoming events were discussed such as Veteran’s Day cards, regional events, DECA district events, and test bowls. Business club sponsors: Mrs. Whaley, Mrs. Patrick, and Mrs. Cutshaw.
