The counselors at West High school have made a new link for students to visit if they ever need information. It also has TN Promise requirements that need to be completed before graduation. The counselors also talk about the mandatory meeting and the community hours that the seniors must do. The website also has information about scholarships for seniors. The counselors will be talking about colleges and the Work Ethic Diploma. They also have an Act test day date on there for any junior or seniors who are interested in retaking the ACT.
Counselors put in the website that any students who want their transcript send to a college of their choice. Then they just need to ask their counselor to send it to the college. The West High counseling corner also has summer internships applications and information about registration for ninth graders and more students are going to their next grade level. The Counseling page has information about summer school. The counselors have placed Advanced Placement Exam dates for any students who are interested in taking the exams.
