High school can be very stressful. Between making sure all your homework is done, to participating in extracurriculars, to keeping up with the family at home. Things are changing everywhere every day. Too much of this change can cause a whole lot of stress. Everyone is different and not everybody deals with the same stress, or the same amount of stress.
Students in Mrs. Whaley's newspaper class answered the question, “What are some healthy ways that you destress?” One student suggested “Listen to music and hang out with my cats.” Another student stated “Listening to Ghost, Black Veil Brides, Pierce The Veil, My Chemical Romance, Blink-182, Sum 41, etc.” Another student said “ being off your phone, doing something you like.” This student commented “Music, watching Hamilton, being with my grandmother, being with my boyfriend, hanging out with my best friend, and taking a nap with my cat.”
