West High Salad Bar Reopens To Students And Staff

The salad bar has reopened to students and staff at Morristown West. After being temporarily shut down due to COVID-19 and ongoing renovations in cafeteria, the salad bar has returned as self serve. Cafeteria manager Dena Roach said, “Other schools are beginning to bring back self serve so we thought it would be a great idea to bring back the salad bar since both students and teachers love it!” She plans to keep everything else non-self serve as it increases the efficiency of the serving line. The new salad bar includes a variety of options including ham, carrots, olives, and much more.

Students and staff are already enjoying the new options. Students can get a salad as their free meal or as an extra for $2. Roach hopes students and staff enjoy the salad bar.
